Low Vision Totaal heeft overeenkomsten afgesloten met alle zorgverzekeraars. In deze overeenkomsten staan alle eisen en voorwaarden met betrekking tot het verlenen van de hulpmiddelenzorg. De zorgverzekeraar kan per polis bepaalde eisen stellen aan de te vergoeden producten of zorgverleners. We raden u dan ook aan om altijd de poliswaarden van uw zorgverzekering goed door te lezen.
